FPCA Automobile Division: Testimony from 411-PAIN Clients Scheduled As Part of Florida Bar Special Committee on Lawyer Referral Services Meeting September 22 in Orlando

Florida Property and Casualty Association Automobile Division Members:
Testimony from clients of 411-PAIN is scheduled as part of a September 22, 2011 meeting of The Florida Bar’s Special Committee on Lawyer Referral Services (“Committee”) in Orlando, as discussed at the September 15 meeting of the Florida Insurance Consumer Advocate’s Personal Injury Protection Working Group.
The Committee is tasked with reviewing current practices of lawyer referral services and all applicable rules and regulations.
Also included on the agenda are panel discussions with health care professionals, as well as a panel discussion on relevant Bar Rules. The Florida Department of Financial Services will also make a presentation.
