The FPCA Automobile Division will be meeting via teleconference on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.

As discussed in the meeting today, attached are the following legislative proposals from the Florida 2011 Legislative Session: “legal fixes” bills HB 967, SB 1694; “fraud” bills HB 1411, SB 1930; and “bad faith” bills HB 1187, SB 1592.
Also attached is the workers’ compensation-style proposal to cap attorney fees.
