Attached in PDF format is a side-by-side analysis of CS/CS/HB 967 and SB 1694, relating to Motor Vehicle Personal Injury Protection Insurance, prepared by Colodny Fass.
SB 1694 is on the agenda for the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee meeting scheduled for 9:15 a.m. on April 12, 2011. As of now, two amendments have been filed, one being a strike all, and both have been incorporated into the analysis and are likewise attached.
