Attached is draft bill that is being circulated for discussion purposes only. Please review the draft bill and provide any comments you may have to Katie Webb (kwebb@cftlaw.com) as soon as possible.
This draft is a compilation of proposals drafted by a variety of groups. It is likely that this proposal will be broken out into different bills. At this time, no legislator has agreed to file a bill containing all of the components. We are distributing this draft in an effort to facilitate discussion on the variety of auto insurance proposals that are currently being circulated.
