FPCA Automobile Division: Legal Fixes Bill Passes House Subcommittee

FPCA Automobile Division Members:  PCS for HB 967 – also known as the PIP Legal Fixes Bill – was passed by a vote of 13 to 2 in the House Insurance and Banking Subcommittee meeting this morning.  A copy of PCS for HB 967 is attached.
