FPCA Automobile Division Insurance Bills

REMINDER:

The next FPCA Automobile Division (“FPCA”) meeting is scheduled for February 14, 2008 at 10:30 a.m.

In preparation for the 2008 Florida Legislative Session beginning on March 4, recently-filed automobile-related legislation will be reviewed during conference calls.

A list of pertinent bills being tracked by this office is attached. As legislators file additional bills, the list will be updated.

As detailed in yesterday’s agenda, items to be discussed at the meeting will include: updates on DUI financial responsibility, civil remedies notices and FPCA Legislative priorities for 2008; a vote by regular members to fill two Board of Directors positions from the Homeowners’ division; and a review of upcoming meetings and events.
