FPCA Automobile Division: Hillsborough County Seeks to Pass Ordinance Regulating Clinics

FPCA Automobile Division Members:

The Hillsborough County commissioners are attempting to address rampant insurance fraud by regulating medical clinics.  The county commissioners have asked the county’s attorney to draft an ordinance that would allow the county to better track owners and sceen employees of medical clinics.  The story from msnbc.com is attached.
