FPCA Automobile Division: Hillsborough County Commissioners Considering PIP Medical Provider Ordinance

FPCA Automobile Division Members:
The Hillsborough County Commissioners are considering adoption of the attached “Hillsborough County PIP Medical Provider Ordinance.” There will be a public hearing regarding the draft ordinance next Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held at the Hillsborough County Center, 601 East Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, Florida. Members are encouraged to attend and support the Hillsborough County Commissioners’ efforts to adopt the ordinance.
