Following the Third District Court of Appeal’s November 30, 2011 opinion in Geico Indemnity Co. v. Virtual Imaging Services, Inc., appellant Geico has filed a motion for rehearing en banc, and a motion for certification to the Florida Supreme Court.
Copies of the motions, as well as the November 30 opinion, are attached in PDF format.
