FPCA Automobile Division Members:
Attached is a draft of the amici brief that we intend to file in the Custer v. United Auto matter. Please keep in mind that this is a draft and will be subject to stylistic and other changes before it is in final form, including adding statistics and editing to ensure that it complies with the applicable page limit. We are still compiling a list of participants in the brief so the parties may also change.
