FPCA Auto Division Committee to Hold Conference Call Regarding PIP on August 24, 2007

On August 22, 2007, the Florida Property and Casualty Association (“FPCA”) held a teleconference to discuss, among other things, the sunsetting of Florida’s No-Fault Law on October 1, 2007. 

FPCA members formed a four (4) person Committee, charging it with the task of analyzing Representative Ellyn Bogdanoff’s bill relating to Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) reform, and making recommendations to FPCA members at its next scheduled conference call on August 29, 2007.

The members of this Committee are as follows:
