FPCA: Applying the Florida Antitrust Act to the Business of Insurance

The Florida Senate Banking and Insurance Committee has asked us for comments with regard to an Interim Project to evaluate the effects of application of the Florida Antitrust Act to the business of insurance.

The attached Interim Project Summary identifies the issue, objective and methodology for this Project. The deadline for submission of comments is August 15, 2008.

If you have any comments or documentation you would like to submit for consideration by the Committee, please forward them to us as soon as possible and we will send to the Committee in a group submission on behalf of the FPCA.
