FPCA Alert: Contact Your Local Legislator on PIP Bills SB 1694 and SB 1930 Before March 29

On Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., the Florida Senate Committee on Banking and Insurance (“Committee”) is scheduled to consider two very important bills relating to Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) insurance:
- Senate Bill 1694 (the PIP “attorney fee fixes” bill) by Senator Garrett Richter
- Senate Bill 1930 (the PIP “anti-fraud” bill) by Senator Ellyn Bogdanoff
Before then, please take this opportunity to contact your local elected Senator who may serve on this Committee and urge him or her to SUPPORT these bills, which address rampant PIP fraud in Florida.
