Senator John Thrasher filed Senate Bill 624 relating to Motor Vehicle Insurance Coverage on January 24, 2011.
The bill, a copy of which is attached for review, amends section 627.727, F.S. to revise and limit the damages that are recoverable from an uninsured motorist carrier in a civil action.
