Florida Senate Releases 2008 Interim Work Plan And Report On No-Fault

The Florida Senate has released its Interim Work Plan for the 2008 Legislative Session, as well as a report and summary titled, “The Effect of Repealing the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law.”
