Florida Senate Property Insurance Review Continues; Senate Staff Invites Personal Meetings
Sep 10, 2009
In its ongoing interim review of property insurance issues affecting the State, the Florida Senate is inviting continued input and data from all sources.
Senate Staff also is welcoming the scheduling of personal meetings as part of the education process. Should you wish to schedule a meeting with a staff member in regard to Florida property insurance issues, please contact Katie Webb at kwebb@cftlaw.com.
It is expected that any legislative proposals resulting from these discussions are likely to focus on three principles: consumer protection, consumer choice and the reduction or reform of insurance regulation.
