Florida Regulators, Other States Invite Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference Attendees to Register for Informal Personal Meetings

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation (“DWC”), in conjunction with the Workers’ Compensation Institute, issued an invitation yesterday, July 30, 2013, for attendees of the 68th Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference (“Conference”) to register to meet individually with DWC staff to discuss pertinent regulatory issues. 

Kentucky, Georgia, Michigan, Virginia and Texas insurance regulators will also participate in the meetings, which have been dubbed “Ask The Regulators.”

The DWC assures that these informal meetings are organized around the Conference schedule.

Please note that registration is required for these meetings.  The DWC also requests that registrants identify issues for discussion directly on the registration form, which can be accessed by clicking here.
