Florida Public Hurricane Loss Projection Model Fee Schedule Rule Workshop Scheduled for August 20

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation has issued a Notice of Rulemaking Development regarding Rule 69O-170.0144, entitled “Public Hurricane Loss Projection Model Fee Schedule.” A copy of the Notice is attached. The proposed Rule text will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
The proposed Rule would amend the current statutory fee schedule for residential property insurers to access and use the Florida Public Hurricane Loss Projection Model. To view the current fee, click on the Rule number above.
If a Rule Development Workshop is requested in writing and not deemed unnecessary by the agency head, one will be held at the date, time, and place shown below:
