Florida Omnibus Property Insurance Bill Passed, Goes to Governor

The Florida House of Representatives passed SB 2044 by a vote of 83 to 34 after debating the bill as amended in the Senate earlier today.

The bill now goes to Governor Charlie Crist.  He will have 15 days to sign, veto or let the bill become law without his signature once it is presented to him.
