Florida Office of Insurance Regulation Schedules June 6 Hearing On Insurer Application Procedures Proposed Rules

May 30, 2017

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation has scheduled a June 6, 2017 proposed Rule hearing on regulations contained in Chapter 690-136, F.A.C. entitled “Application Procedures for Companies Seeking to Do Business in Florida.”

With regulators’ approval, the June 6 hearing will be held if requested in writing by a member of the public.
