Florida Office of Insurance Regulation Rule Development Workshop

The Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of Insurance Regulation has issued a Notice of Development of Rulemaking regarding Rule 69O-197.006: Insurance Administrator Annual Report.

The purpose of this proposed Rule is to adopt a form that insurance administrators must use to submit financial information to the OIR.
