The Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of Insurance Regulation has issued Notices of Development of Rulemaking (69O-137.001, 69O-138.001) regarding the following Rules:
- 69O-137.001: Annual and Quarterly Reporting Requirements
- 69O-138.001: NAIC Financial Condition Examiners Handbook Adopted
Rule 69O-137.001 is being amended to adopt the 2008 NAIC manuals for annual and quarterly statements and 2008 NAIC Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual.
Rule 69O-138.001 is being amended to adopt the 2008 NAIC Financial Condition Examiners Handbook.
