Florida Office of Insurance Regulation Distributes Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form (OIR-B1-1802) Drafts In Advance of June 20 Rule Hearing

In advance of the June 20, 2011 Hearing on proposed Rule 69O-170.0155, F.A.C., entitled “Forms,” the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (“OIR”) has distributed comments and redline draft copies of Form OIR-B1-1802, which is among the forms provided by the Rule, as well as the specific focus of the Hearing.
Also known as the “Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form,” OIR-B1-1802 must be updated to reflect 2010 statutory changes and other Form-related issues.
Copies of the draft Form are attached, as well as the version of Form OIR-B1-1802 that was approved for publication in advance of rulemaking on this matter in the fall of 2010.
The June 20 hearing will be held at the OIR in Tallahassee. A Colodny Fass representative will attend and provide a complete report.
