Florida Office of Insurance Regulation to Update Annual Audit Financial Reporting Rule

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation is in process of updating Rule 69O-137.002, F.A.C. relating to Annual Audit Financial Reports to incorporate new editions of standards developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) for use in annual audited financial statements.

A Rule Development Workshop has been set for March 21, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. (ET) should it be requested in writing by a member of the public.
The March 21 meeting, which will be held in Tallahassee, will also provide for participation via teleconference.
