Florida lawmakers swapping deals toward Special Session on gambling

The impetus behind the Special Session effort is a proposed constitutional amendment that polls show will likely pass this November.  It would require a statewide vote to approve any future expansions of gambling.  FloridaPolitics.com’s Jim Rosica reports.
