Florida Justice Reform Institute Issues Assignment of Benefits Litigation Update

The Florida Justice Reform Institute, a tort reform advocacy organization, issued an update on the assignment of benefits issue yesterday, February 13, 2017, FloridaPolitics.com’s Michael Moline reported.
Entitled “Restoring Balance in Insurance Litigation,” the update correlates the abuse of assignment of benefits with Florida’s “one-way” attorneys’ fee statute.
