Florida Insurance Commissioner Responds to CFO Sink on Solvency Query

Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty released his response today, May 3, 2010, to an April 23, 2010 letter from Florida Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink in which she inquired whether any additional actions may be necessary by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation prior to the beginning of hurricane season in order to ensure authorized property insurers are financially capable of meeting their obligations.
