Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty, on behalf of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, will testify before the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations about the effect of credit-based insurance scores on the availability and affordability of insurance.
