- Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation Proposed Rule Hearing; 9:00 a.m. The proposed Rules would require carriers to satisfy certain mandatory reporting to the Division of Workers’ Compensation by filing the required medical claims data elements and any other medical billing and payment information under subsections 69L-7.602(5) and (6), F.A.C. The proposed Rule chapter also would introduce an elective reporting process by which any person may report a health care provider’s violation of Chapter 440, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and applicable administrative rules to the Division.
