      • Authorize the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”) to file Emergency Rule 19ER11-2, “Reimbursement Contract,” which would amend Articles V and VI of the 2011/2012 FHCF Reimbursement Contract to implement statutory changes made by CS/CS/CS/SB 408; to file a Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule 19-8.010, “Reimbursement Contract,” and to authorize filing this Rule for adoption if no member of the public requests a Rule hearing.  To view the hearing notice, click here.

  • OIR Proposed Rule Hearing; 9:30 a.m.  Proposed Rule 69O-170.0155 would update Form OIR-B1-1802, also known as the “Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form,” to reflect 2010 statutory changes and other related issues.  To view the hearing notice, click here.

    • Proposed Rule 19-8.029, “Insurer Reporting Requirements,” would adopt the 2011/2012 FHCF Data Call and the 2011/2012 FHCF Interim and Proof of Loss forms.
    • Proposed Rule 19-8.030, “Insurer Responsibilities,” would adopt the 2011/2012 FHCF Exposure and Loss Examination Advance Preparation Instructions and the 2011/2012 FHCF Interim and Proof of Loss forms.

Thursday, June 23

  • Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation Proposed Rule Hearing; 9:00 a.m.  The proposed Rules would require carriers to satisfy certain mandatory reporting to the Division of Workers’ Compensation (“Division”) by filing the required medical claims data elements and any other medical billing and payment information under subsections 69L-7.602(5) and (6), F.A.C.  The proposed Rule chapter would introduce an elective reporting process by which any person may report a health care provider’s violation of Chapter 440, F.S. and applicable administrative Rules to the Division.  To view the hearing notice, click here.
