Thursday, July 9

• 10:00 a.m.–Florida Surplus Lines Service Office (“FSLSO”) Investment Committee teleconference meeting.  FSLSO Investment Policy review.  To view the meeting notice, click here.
• 11:00 a.m.–Florida Division of Insurance Agents and Agency Services Proposed Rule Hearing.  Tallahassee, Florida.  Proposed amendments to Rule 69B-231.020 would correct the scope by providing that Rule Chapter 69B-231, “Penalty Guidelines for Insurance Representatives,” is applicable to managing general agents and surplus lines agents. • 10:00 a.m.–Florida Workers’ Compensation Joint Underwriting Association (“FWCJUA”) Audit Committee teleconference meeting.  To view the meeting notice, click here.

Wednesday, August 26

• 1:00 p.m.–Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation public meeting.  Orlando, Florida.  Solicitation of stakeholder input on issues pertaining to the Florida Uniform Permanent Impairment Rating Schedule, the necessity of state treatment guidelines, and the role of the DWC in overutilization.  To view the meeting notice, click here.
