- Florida Division of Insurance Agents and Agency Services Proposed Rule Hearing, 9:30 a.m. Proposed Rules would repeal the requirement (and exemptions from that requirement) that Florida insurance-related licensees have a photograph on their insurance license identification cards and also permit licensees to print the cards electronically. - Florida Division of Worker’s Compensation Rule Development Workshop; 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Proposed Rules 69L-7.020: Florida Workers’ Compensation Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual and 69L-7.100: Florida Workers’ Compensation Reimbursement Manual for Ambulatory Surgical Centers would adopt new versions of the manuals and implement reimbursement rates for health care providers and ambulatory surgical centers for services performed for injured workers pursuant to Section 440.13, Florida Statutes. - Florida Division of Insurance Agent and Agency Services Rule Development Workshop; 9:30 a.m. Proposed Rule 69B-210.005 would define the term “unlawful inducement” and provides examples of prohibited acts and practices that are general unlawful inducements to purchase insurance.
