Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Rule Development Workshop on 2013/2014 Reimbursement Premium Formula, Insurer Reporting Requirements and Responsibilities Scheduled for January 8, 2013

The Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”) will hold a Rule Development Workshop on January 8, 2013 to discuss proposed amendments to the following Rules:
19-8.028: Reimbursement Premium Formula
19-8.029: Insurer Reporting Requirements
19-8.030: Insurer Responsibilities
Discussion will include insurer exposure and loss reporting requirements for the 2013/2014 FHCF Contract Year, FHCF reimbursement premium formula requirements and insurer responsibilities.
Teleconferencing will be available for the Workshop by dialing toll-free at (888) 670-3525 and entering conference code 7135858151 to participate.
The Workshop, which is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (ET), will be held at Florida’s State Board of Administration in Tallahassee (Room 116–Hermitage Conference Room, 1801 Hermitage Blvd.)
