The Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”) has published coverage selections and premium calculations, updated as of September 30, 2012, for the 2011/2012 FHCF Contract Year. To view this information, click here.

FHCF Reimbursement Contract Rule Hearing, Advisory Council Meeting Tentatively Scheduled
A hearing on proposed Rule 19-8.010, pertaining to the FHCF Reimbursement Contract, is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on October 22, 2012, in Tallahassee, Florida. If the hearing is requested, it will address proposed amendments that would adopt the 2013/2014 FHCF Reimbursement Contract, Addenda and Optional Amendment, and remove obsolete material.
The FHCF Advisory Council is scheduled to meet at 1:00 p.m. to review public comments from the Rule Hearing. To participate in the teleconference, dial (888) 670-3525 and enter conference code 7135858151.
