It should be noted that, at the time of publication (May 21, 2009), some bills outlined in this Report may not yet have been presented to Florida Governor Charlie Crist, and/or the time allotted for the Governor to approve or veto a bill has not expired. Therefore, while the bills are identified as “passed” by both Chambers, they may not yet have become law.
