Florida Governor Rick Scott Extends Certain Provisions of Tropical Storm Isaac State of Emergency

In Executive Order 12-240 signed yesterday, October 22, 2012, Florida Governor Rick Scott extended certain provisions of his August 25 Tropical Storm Isaac State of Emergency declaration for 30 days. In the extension, he named 12 Florida counties that are still recovering from the storm’s impact.
The original State of Emergency declaration, Executive Order 12-199, was set to expire October 24.
