Florida Governor Rick Scott Appoints Eleven to Florida Developmental Disabilities Council

The Office of Florida Governor Rick Scott issued the following news release on September 21, 2012: 

 

Governor Rick Scott Appoints Eleven to Florida Developmental Disabilities Council

 

Tallahassee, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced eleven appointments to the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council.

Richard “Dick” Bradley, 64, of Gainesville, is the executive director of the Arc of Alachua County. He succeeds David A. Ott and is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and ending September 30, 2014.

Conney C. Dahn, 60, of Stuart, is a teacher with the Martin County School District. She succeeds Phillip W. Stevens and is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and ending September 30, 2015.

Laurie J. Harlow, 59, of Tampa, is a registered nurse with Life Path Hospice. She succeeds George F. King and is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and ending September 30, 2015.

Cynthia “Marcy” Jackson, 50, of Tallahassee, is the chief financial officer for the Florida Lottery. She succeeds Susan J. Redmon and is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and ending September 30, 2015.

John “Jack” Kosik, 65, of Lakeland, is the executive director of Noah’s Ark of Central Florida. He succeeds Karmel H. McCarthy and is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and ending September 30, 2015.

Aleisa C. McKinlay, 59, of Tallahassee, is the director of the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. She is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and serving at the pleasure of the Governor.

Bernadette Moran, 65, of Jacksonville, is the owner of Premiums Promotions Concepts. She succeeds Patricia A. Smith and is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and ending September 30, 2014.

Barbara J. Palmer, 63, of Tallahassee, is the director of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities. She is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and serving at the pleasure of the Governor.

Monica C. Verra-Tirado, 41, of Port Richey, is a bureau chief for the Florida Department of Education. She is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and serving at the pleasure of the Governor.

Dr. David L. Wood, 57, of Jacksonville, is a professor at the Shands Jacksonville Medical Center. He is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and ending September 30, 2014.

Victoria V. Zepp, 51, of Tallahassee, is the chief executive officer of Zepp Strategic Partners. She succeeds Renee L. Valletutti and is appointed for a term beginning September 20, 2012, and ending September 30, 2015.
