Florida foreclosure “rescue” firm picks up judge’s recommendation in dispute

An administrative law judge Monday sided with a Central Florida “foreclosure-rescue” firm in a dispute about whether it had improperly performed loan-modification services without a state license.  THE NEWS SERVICE OF FLORIDA reports via the Orlando Sentinel.
