Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation Proposes Repeal of Disability Wage Loss Rules

In an alert issued today, August 3, 2015, the Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation advised self-insurers, insurers, claim administrators, injured workers and attorneys that the following Rules have been deemed as no longer necessary and are proposed for repeal:

69L-3.018  

Wage Loss Benefits Due to Permanent Impairment (Dates of Accident August 1, 1979 through December 31, 1993)

69L-3.019  

Wage Loss Benefits for Temporary Partial Disability (Dates of Accident August 1, 1979 through December 31, 1993)

69L-3.0191  

Temporary Disability Benefits (Dates of Accident January 1, 1994 through September 30, 2003)

69L-3.0192  

Impairment Income Benefits (Dates of Accident January 1, 1994 through September 30, 2003)

69L-3.0193  

Supplemental Income Benefits (Dates of Accident January 1, 1994 through September 30, 2003)

If requested by August 17, 2015, a hearing will be held the following day, August 18, at 8 a.m. (ET) in Tallahassee.
