Florida Division of Agent and Agency Services Advises on Insurance-Related Rule Repeals Effective January 29, 2012

The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Agent and Agency Services advised today, January 19, 2012, that the repeal of certain sections of Rule Chapters 69B-162 and 69B-175, Florida Administrative Code, will become effective on January 29, 2012.
