The FCHLPM Report of Activities has been amended as of November 1, 2009.
Paragraph three on page 39 under the Acceptability Process has been amended to add:
For the 2010 calendar year, any modeling organization that is prepared to make a submission for acceptability under the 2009 Standards may submit by March 31, 2010. Any inconsistencies in the Report of Activities as of November 1, 2009, associated with a March 31, 2010 submission, shall be submitted in a letter by January 1, 2010, to the Chair for resolution. If an organization’s model changes after the model has been reviewed under the 2009 Standards and prior to the adoption of the 2011 Standards, whether or not the model was found to be acceptable, the modeling organization may submit the revised model under the 2009 Standards by November 15, 2010.
Accordingly, the revised schedule for a March 31, 2010 model submission is as follows:
- March 31, 2010 – Deadline for notification by modeling organization
- April 2010 – Commission meeting to review model submissions
- April-May 2010 – On-site reviews
- May-June 2010 – Commission meetings to review models for acceptability under the 2009 Standards
