Citizens Property Insurance Corporation’s (“Citizens”) Depopulation Committee is scheduled to meet in Orlando tomorrow, October 9, 2012.  To view the agenda, click here.

The day-long meeting begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Peabody Hotel. 

The agenda will include a review of Citizens’ proposed Surplus Notes Depopulation Program (“Program”), as well as afford an opportunity for public testimony to be heard.

Citizens CEO Barry Gilway Responds to State Representative Artiles on Surplus Notes Depopulation Proposal

Last Friday, October 5, Citizens President and CEO Barry Gilway responded to a recent letter received from State Representative Frank Artiles on the proposed Program.

In his letter, President Gilway provided additional clarification and information on the Program, along with a “Surplus Notes Program Fast Facts Sheet,” which details the Program’s benefits.
