Florida Cabinet To Consider Amendments to Citizens Operations Plan Today

The Florida Cabinet meets today.  Among the items on the Office of Insurance Regulation agenda are amendments to the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation’s plan of operations, which was passed by the Financial Services Commission in February, 2007 but amended by Senate Bill 2498 during the 2007 regular legislative session.
