The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Rehabilitation and Liquidation has advised that the deadline to file claims against Florida Select Insurance Company (“Florida Select”) is April 12, 2010. To view the notice, click here.

Florida Select was placed into receivership on October 13, 2009 by the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida.
