FHCF Meeting Materials and Reimbursement Premium Formula Update

The Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”) has published its March 26, 2008 Advisory Council (“Council”) meeting report, along with the FHCF 2008 Ratemaking Formula Report that was presented during the meeting.

The previously-scheduled April 1, 2008 Council meeting has been canceled.

Pursuant to March 26 Council approval, the proposed and amended Rules regarding the FHCF Reimbursement Premium Formula next will be considered for approval by the Florida Financial Services Commission on April 15, 2008 as part of the regularly scheduled Florida Cabinet meeting at 9 a.m. in The Capitol.
