FHCF Advisory Council Meetings
The Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”) Advisory Council has scheduled meetings to be held on Friday, March 20 and Friday, March 27, 2009.
Items scheduled to be discussed include:
- Approval of the 2009-2010 Contract Year FHCF Reimbursement Premium Formula;
- Approval to file Rule 19-8.028: Reimbursement Premium Formula for Notice of Proposed Rulemaking;
- To file the Reimbursement Premium Formula Rule for Adoption if no member of the public requests a timely hearing.
