FHCF 2009 Ratemaking Formula Report, March 20 Advisory Council Meeting Materials Posted

In advance of its March 20, 2009 Advisory Council meeting, the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“FHCF”) has posted the 2009 FHCF Ratemaking Formula Report and meeting materials.
As part of its meeting agenda, the FHCF Advisory Council will consider approval of the 2009/2010 Contract Year Premium Formula, as well as approval to file Rule 19-8.028 F.A.C. (Reimbursement Premium Formula) for Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and then for adoption if no timely public requests are made for a Rule hearing.

A March 27 FHCF meeting has been scheduled if it is determined at the March 20 meeting that additional time is needed to complete the Advisory Council agenda.
