Federal Insurance Office Act Sponsor Files Strike-All to Own Bill

United States Congressman Paul Kanjorski (D-PA) has filed a strike-all amendment to House Resolution 2609, which is also known as the “Federal Insurance Office Act of 2009.” The amendment will be considered by the U.S. House Financial Services Committee on October 21 at a full committee markup session as part of its ongoing consideration of financial reform-related legislation.
