In its final form, the information will be used for consumer assistance purposes.

We would like to answer the following questions for consumers when they call our helpline regarding their existing policy.

1. Will my coverage remain the same until my renewal? If not, how will my coverage change?
2. What will be offered at my renewal? Which coverages will be optional?
3. How will the company handle a refund if the consumer requests that the PIP coverage be dropped?

In most cases these questions are answered in communications that the companies are sending to their agents or consumers. A copy of those would certainly be fine.

We would appreciate this information for any company that may want us to assist their consumers during this confusing time.

Thanks again for your assistance.
