FAJUA Advises Insureds Regarding PIP

The Florida Automobile Joint Underwriting Association (“FAJUA”) will be sending its insureds notice of the sunsetting of Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) on October 1, 2007.  A chart developed by Florida Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink will also be included in its notice to insureds.
